Transfer-IN

If you see the status "Failure", the domain's transfer request was disapproved by the current registrar. If you would like to know the reason why they disapproved it, we recommend that you should have your customer (or the registrant) contact the domain's current registrar directly.

If you see the status "Deny", we are afraid that the transfer request was rejected through inspection due to the inappropriate information filled in the application form or some other causes. If you'd like to know the details, please contact our customer support.
